Bodies in the Hallways

Bodies of hundreds of kids lay in the hallway, blood drooping down the walls, splatters of red substances scatter the floor, cups of soup on the heads of the tiny bodies, and plastic spoons in their hearts. A small stream of blood flows down the hallway swerving around each body as if they were the beaches of this small river. The flowing liquid runs through my legs as I stand looking at this disastrous sight, and I almost had a lust for revenge, till I saw one of my teachers in the mass, but a small minion caring a large box of spoons ran across the intercepting hallway caught my eye. I took a step forward trying to dodge the bodies, it was an impossible job, but in seconds I had failed, and sprinted over the flesh and bones, not caring for the dead, only catching the spoon bearer. The blood on the slippery and recently polished floors stole the grip away from the soles of my shoes, making the world seem frictionless as I now glided down the hallways through a mess that was for once not created by me. A trail of scarcely scattered white plastic spoons lay in front, besides, and behind me, and I could smell the disgusting minion just ahead of me. A crash came to my ears as the small demon clumsily looked back at me, and tripped over an unseen body. I attempted to stop my self, but the frictionless floors would not let me, so I too, tripped over the same dead body, but only to stop myself from going farther away from my goals. I quickly rose from the ground with the warm blood of the freshly murdered children all over me, almost beating the green minion who was also covered in blood, but my balance came quickly back, while he still stumbled to balance himself into a fighting stance. I shot a kick from my right leg towards his head, which made it fall down and back into the waters of the children, but I also lost my balance from not being able to handle the rebound of the impact on its head. I launched my hands towards his head as I risked the safety of my body in attempt to use his head as a support to keep me from collapsing onto my face, and the rest of my front body. Its head smashed into the floor; still in one peace, but cracked and oozing green blood, which made the red turn into the neutral color, black. More of them came sliding towards me, and less clumsily as the first one, the slippery surface seemed unimportant to them, only I was part of there target, nothing else. I knew I had no chance of survival; these were military men, not peasants who had no skills in the arts of combat. I hastily got off the ground after realizing this, and sprinted through the hallways; a lightning fast hand shot out from a locker and grabbed me as I tried to dodge it, and obviously failed; I was pulled off my feet and into the locker, which was unsuspectingly large and roomy. I followed the mysterious figure that was at the end of the tunnel that was connected to the “Locker Room.” The light started to brighten as if I was leaving a cave, but instead of doing that, I came to a well lit room with white walls that were trimmed by a strip of red paint as wide as my hand. Eight kids like myself sat around the room with there backs towards the walls of the square room, and in front of a partial hollow shaped square table that seemed like three long tables connected together creating corners where joint. Only a small amount of paper sat on the desks, but most of it was directly in front of me, and the child who seemed to be around the age of fourteen, started talking to me, but I did not understand a word he said because I was dazed from the amazement. He said one more time, “Survivor of the demons wrath, I welcome you to our army of rebels and ask you to join with us to reclaim the school.”
“I will join your so called army.”
“Than let us get going; we must save ourselves!”
“Without weapons and supplies?”
“Of course not, we have stuff better than them, a lot better. Bring out our armor and weapons,” A box of black plastic knives from the cafeteria and serving trays with straps on the bottoms came out and placed in front of each member – this is not much better than the green demons in their thin leather armor.
We marched out the locker with pride, and where surprised by two goblins who where waiting for us; I was just about to attack them, but I was too late, the fourteen year old kid had already killed them with his plastic knife, what flimsy armor I thought. We marched through the hallways with great pride, making lots of noise, so that the goblins would run away in fear, or come and attack us. Our foot steps made the blood splash powerfully as we walked, it only took a few minutes before all of us were completely covered and colored red. We finally came to there main encampment that had hundreds of demons running around, and instead of them attacking us, they lined up, leading us towards the principals office, where the head leader was. This time we did not stride so proudly, instead we showed fear, and slight agony for some unknown reason. The door slammed open, and the head chief came booming out, laughing so heard that he began to roll on the floor; we took advantage of it, launched ourselves towards him with our plastic knives. It was too easy, my knife was in his heart, but something was wrong, my team slowly started the fade away, the scenery started to light up, and the goblins started to turn in to the bodies of children, I instantly knew what I had done; I had killed everyone in the entire school while sleeping! I recalled what I knew about murder investigations and immediately got to work. I ran through the bloody hallways past the blood lusting rats and into the chemical storage room, where I took all of the hydrochloric acid, and potassium I could carry. Once more I ran through the hallways, but this time I went outside to the shake full of gardening tools where I took a wheel barrel, and moments latter I was piling dead bodies into a random class room. After an hour of hulling bodies, I threw all of the hydrochloric acid on them, hoping that it would liquefy them, but it did not, so I went to grab a few more bottles of acid, and this time I took all of the acid I could find, and I dumped it all over them; this time they did liquefy. The next moment I had a lighter in my hand, and standing under a smoke detector. The rain seemed glorious as I ran through the hallways, and watched everything go away, and out the door, I quickly realize that the fire trucks where coming, and I covered myself in mud and torn my clothing too make it seem like I was beaten up, and unconscious, so I could not have been accused of vanquishing all of the people in the school.

The dreams came back, and in another location.
